1. General
By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will not affect ongoing commissions already paid for.

2. Payment
✦ Payments are accepted via: [Artistree / CashApp / Gil]
✦ All payments are in USD
✦ Full payment is required before I begin workNo refunds will be issued once work has begun, except in cases where I cannot complete the commission

3. Process and Revisions
✦ You will recieve updates at key stages (sketch, lineart, color, etc.)
✦ Major revisions are allowed only during sketch stage
✦ Minor revisions are allowed at any point without limit

4. Delivery Time
✦ Estimated completion time is listed on Artistree / mentioned before payment
✦ Time may vary depending on complexity, queue position, and personal circumstances
✦ Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee

5. Usage Rights
✦ I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio or social media unless otherwise agreed.
✦ The client may freely use the artwork for personal use with credit
✦ The client may edit the image, but still must give credit

6. Copyright / Commercial Use
Commercial use requires prior agreement and may include an additional fee.

7. Client Responsibility
✦ Client must provide clear references and descriptions.
✦ I am not responsible for changes due to unclear or incorrect information provided by the client.

8. Right to Decline
I reserve the right to refuse and commission for any reason, including but not limited to subject matter, workload, or personal comfort.

9. Subject Matter Restrictions
I will NOT draw:
✦ Political content or propaganda
✦ Hate speech, extremist, or discriminatory themes
✦ Offensive or harmful stereotypes
✦ Real-life individual in compromising or inappropriate contexts (unless explicitly agreed upon)

1. NSFW Policy
I accept limited NSFW commissions under the following guidelines:I WILL draw:

✦ Artistic Nudity
✦ Mature themes
✦ Sexual actsI will NOT draw:
✦ Underage characters and characters perceived as underage (includes lalafell)
✦ Extreme fetish content (determined by my own standards
✦ Nonconsenting parties (group art must have permission from all included, including owners of included characters)
